This is why we make the return process clear, simple, and free*. Just call our care specialist team at 1-888-787-4338 and they will assist you through the process.

In order for your return to be valid, the product must be unopened, in resalable condition, and returned within 30 days of product receipt. In the case of receiving an incorrect or defective product, an Instride care specialist must be notified within 5 days of product receipt.

Valid returns are subject to full credit.

Upon gaining returns authorization, a shipping label will be emailed and is required to accompany the returns shipment. Each return label is associated with a specific return. Please ensure that the return shipment includes only the products associated with the returns authorization. Any additional products will not be valid for return credit.

*If returns are extensive, shipping may be charged back to the customer at the sole discretion of our care team.

How to Return/Refund your Order? 

  1. Call Instride Care Team at 1-888-787-4338. 
  2. Provide our Care Team Specialist with the reason for return.
  3. If the return is approved, the care specialist will send you an email with a paid return shipping label.
  4. The provided shipping label must accompany your return.
  5. Upon parcel arrival, Our QA team will review product condition and grant approval or disapproval of the return based on the products condition being unopened and in resalable condition.
  6. If a product is approved by QA team, a refund gets deposited into your credit card initially used for ordering within 5 business days post arrival.
